Custom Home — Macon
Neighborhood Development
This custom home was designed as part of a larger neighborhood development in Macon, Georgia, where JTC Architecture collaborated closely with the builder to establish a refined architectural identity across multiple lots. The goal was to create a timeless, market-responsive home that balances traditional Southern character with clean, modern detailing.
The exterior features a classic brick façade complemented by articulated gables, arched window accents, and a welcoming covered front porch supported by detailed columns. Thoughtful proportions and layered rooflines create depth and visual interest, while carefully selected materials and trim elements elevate the overall curb appeal — an important component for speculative and production builds within a cohesive community.
Internally, the design focuses on livable functionality and efficient space planning, ensuring the home appeals to a wide range of buyers while maintaining architectural integrity.
This project reflects JTC Architecture's approach to residential development work: delivering distinctive, buildable designs that support a builder's brand while enhancing the character of the neighborhood as a whole.
