This full-scale mixed-use development in Pensacola was envisioned as a cohesive, modern community that blends residential living, retail activation, and experiential outdoor space into one unified destination. Designed as a multi-phase master-planned project, the development includes luxury modern townhomes, contemporary retail buildings, a mixed-use retail/townhome structure, and a dedicated outdoor event space.

The signature building anchors the development with active ground-floor retail and three levels of modern townhomes above. The design emphasizes transparency and pedestrian engagement at street level, while upper-level residences feature private balconies, expansive glazing, and clean modern detailing. The townhome component delivers an elevated coastal-modern living experience with private balconies, generous glazing, and contemporary vertical accent elements.

The standalone retail structure continues the development's contemporary aesthetic with a clean, linear form and large storefront openings that maximize tenant visibility and natural light. Flexible white-box suites accommodate a variety of retail and service tenants, while covered walkways enhance pedestrian comfort.
