Sandy Springs Condominiums
Multi-Family Residential
This multi-family condominium community in Sandy Springs was designed to blend contemporary architecture with refined, livable spaces that respond to its suburban-urban context. The development features multiple residential buildings organized around landscaped drives and open green spaces, creating a walkable and cohesive community environment.
The exterior architecture incorporates a balanced mix of natural stone, warm wood accents, and modern railing systems, giving the buildings a clean, timeless presence. Expansive balconies and large glass openings maximize natural light while strengthening the connection between interior living spaces and the surrounding landscape.
Interior layouts were thoughtfully developed to prioritize open-concept living, generous glazing, and functional flow. The units feature modern kitchens with integrated islands, defined dining spaces, and living areas that are both efficient and inviting — designed to meet the expectations of today's condo market.
JTC Architecture's role on this project was to support R-Development by producing high-quality architectural illustrations and preparing the Construction Documents. The visualizations clearly communicate the design intent to stakeholders, while the technical drawing set translated the conceptual design into a coordinated, buildable package.
