Stone Mountain Retail

This project consists of the design of a ±10,000 square foot multi-tenant retail building located in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The development was envisioned as a flexible, modern retail center featuring six individual white box suites designed to accommodate a variety of future tenants.

The architectural design emphasizes clean lines and contemporary storefront glazing to create strong street presence and maximize natural light within each suite. The façade incorporates a blend of light masonry materials, expansive glass storefront systems, and metal canopy elements to provide depth, rhythm, and visual continuity across the elevation while maintaining individual tenant identity.

Each suite was designed as a true "white box," delivered with high ceilings, open floor plans, and adaptable utility layouts to allow for seamless tenant build-outs. The structure and shell were carefully coordinated to support future flexibility, including provisions for varied mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements depending on tenant use.

Site planning prioritized accessibility, visibility, and efficient parking layout while maintaining an attractive pedestrian experience along the storefront edge. This project reflects JTC Architecture's commitment to delivering efficient, market-ready commercial spaces that balance functionality, flexibility, and clean modern design.
