Zest Restaurant

Located in the heart of bustling Chatham Street, Zest is a vibrant 3,000+ square foot restaurant designed to blend modern sophistication with high-energy social dining. The project focused on creating a contemporary indoor dining environment complemented by a large outdoor patio that activates the streetscape.

The interior build-out was carefully planned to support both intimate evenings and lively gatherings. A modern, energy-driven bar anchors the space, serving as the central focal point while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the dining area.

Clean architectural lines, layered lighting, and refined material selections elevate the overall experience and reinforce Zest's contemporary brand identity. The design required thoughtful spatial planning, efficient back-of-house coordination, and life-safety compliance to support a high-occupancy assembly use.

Constructed by S.A.R. General Contractors, the project was executed with precision and quality craftsmanship.
